SuperTouch POS — bank compatibility
Point-of-sale system by Helecom · All point-of-sale systems
- retail
SuperTouch POS is a point-of-sale system for retail, built by Helecom. Quietly one of the bigger small vendors on this list — past a thousand sites, with almost no marketing footprint.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
Helecom System Pty Ltd has been building point-of-sale software in Australia since 2005 and says it is past a thousand customers — a number that puts it ahead of plenty of better-known brands despite almost no trade-press presence. The spread is hospitality, retail and wholesale all at once, which is unusual; most vendors this size pick one and stay there.
The range has grown well past a till. Alongside the POS and back office there is mobile ordering, self-ordering and delivery-platform integration, and Tyro certifies the Helecom Kiosk as its own product, tagged for bars, pubs, cafés, fast food and restaurants. The wholesale half is the tell on the retail side: barcode scanning, tax invoicing, returns, open-till control and centralised management of multiple terminals, built for warehouses as much as counters.
It is integrated with both Tyro and Zeller, so there is a genuine choice of acquirer on a Helecom site rather than a single certified path.
