Triumph ERP POS — bank compatibility

Triumph ERP is a point-of-sale system for retail, built by Triumph Business Systems. Nine staff, forty-seven modules, and still run by the two blokes who started it in Perth in 1989.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
Triumph is an SMB ERP, not a POS company. Michael Macliver and Clive Richmond started it in Perth in 1989 from a home office and both still run it, as Managing Director and Technical Director. It began as accounting software with about eight modules and now ships over 47, across debtors, creditors, general ledger, inventory, job costing, purchasing, business intelligence and payroll. Point of Sale is one line item inside the Sales and Debtors group, next to Sales Order Entry, e-Commerce and Paperless Picking.
The team is nine people. It sells entirely through a national network of accredited dealers rather than direct, so whoever installed yours is a partner, not the vendor. It has been built on Data Access's DataFlex platform continuously since the late 1980s, running from Xenix green-screen terminals through Windows to the current cloud release, Triumph 6.2. Data Access put it at hundreds of clients and thousands of users as at June 2023, and it won the IT category at the 2023 Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
Named customers include Advantage Air (a client since 1998, with over 100 staff across six locations), David Grays AGlink, Newtons Building and Landscape Supplies, Kirby Marine, RAC, Dusk and Orbit Fitness. Read the website carefully though — names like Bunnings, Mitre 10 and RuralCo appear under "Included Integrations", which means supplier catalogues for the rural and hardware trade, not customers. No parent company, no investor, no acquisition: it is one of the genuinely independent ones left.

A POS reaches a bank through middleware. Each card below is one certified route; the banks it reaches are on the middleware page.
