Certified for HealthPoint private health claiming and multi-merchant. Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.
Zavy360 is Australian cloud-based dental practice management software, based at 118 Christie Street, St Leonards in Sydney, and built specifically for Australian practices. It covers appointments, clinical charting, patient communication, billing and online bookings, with a patient-facing app called Zavy Connect. This is clinical software, not a point of sale — the payment happens at the front desk as the tail end of a clinical workflow, which is a different problem from ringing up a sale.
For a dental practice the claiming is the whole game, and Zavy360 lists Medicare integration and HICAPS among its third-party integrations, and integrates on the claiming side with Tyro Health. Get the specifics in writing before you switch: which claim types are supported, through which terminal, and whether health fund claiming and the card payment happen on one device or two. That single detail decides how long each patient stands at the desk, and it is the thing practices most often discover too late.
On the technical side they publish ISO 27001:2022 certification and host on AWS, and their AI feature strips patient names and contact details before anything reaches the model — a reasonable answer to the obvious question about clinical data and AI, and more than most vendors volunteer. Worth noting that several headline statistics on their site render as unpopulated placeholders, so there is no reliable public count of practices using it. Ask for reference practices of your size and specialty rather than relying on the marketing numbers.
