Zoku Point of Sale is a point-of-sale system for retail, built by ZokuSuite. Not Australian — Singapore and Washington DC — and it exists because the customer already runs NetSuite.

Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.

The Linkly integration runs on premise.

Zoku Integrated Commerce is headquartered in Singapore with a second base in the Washington DC metro area, and it is the odd one out on this list: not a standalone till but a front end bolted onto Oracle NetSuite. Chief executive George Makriyiannis describes NetSuite as the backbone, with Zoku supplying a single pane of glass over the operational front end — retail, eCommerce, wholesale distribution and food and beverage in one system.

The local reference point is Mercato, the Adelaide retailer and café for Italian goods, which expanded onto Zoku's NetSuite setup in January 2025. Managing director John Caporaso credited the move with a 27% reduction in inventory holding and a double-digit lift in wine sold by the glass. That is the entire pitch in one customer: a business running retail and hospitality off a single ledger instead of reconciling two.

The consequence for payments is that Zoku sites are mid-market and up, already committed to an ERP, and the POS decision sits downstream of the NetSuite decision. Nobody picks Zoku and then chooses NetSuite, which means the payment conversation arrives late and has to fit what the ERP already does.
