Nuvei completed its acquisition of Till Payments, a cut-price deal at roughly US$30–37 million following Till’s funding difficulties, and the AusPayNet participant member is now Nuvei-named. The Till brand still lingers in the AP+ member list and on comparison sites, but Till Payments should not be listed as an independent company.
Nuvei is also no longer publicly listed: it completed a US$6.3 billion going-private transaction with Advent International. Any reference to Nasdaq NVEI or TSX NVEI is out of date.
Australian founding year and head office for the local entity could not be verified and are left blank. Its Australian acquiring role rests on AusPayNet participant membership rather than a published acquirer disclosure, so it is recorded at moderate confidence.
