PowerBoard is the most recent of CommBank’s three gateways and, like BPOINT and CommWeb, is no longer available to new customers. CommBank maintains support resources for merchants already using it.
That all three are closed at once is the thing to notice. It is not one product being retired; it is the bank stepping back from selling its own gateway while it builds a replacement, announced for 2026.
