The Nova Market is the device at the counter of an unstaffed shop — the fridge-and-shelves micro-market in an office lobby or a factory breakroom. A customer scans their own items on a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen and pays on the built-in reader.

It is specified like a shop rather than a terminal: 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, an 80mm thermal printer running at 200mm a second with an auto cutter, a barcode reader and a 0.3MP QR camera. The payment side is a PCI-PTS reader with contact and contactless, EMV L1 and L2.

It is 23.5 x 36 x 36cm, runs on a 19 to 20V supply, and is rated 0 to 40C — an indoor device, which is what a micro-market is.

What it costs

The rate you pay is negotiated on your volume and card mix, not set by the terminal — two businesses on the same Nova Market can be paying very different money. Find out what yours should be.
