PAX payment terminals
18 models, and what each one is actually for. PAX does not sell to merchants directly — which provider puts the terminal in front of you decides what you pay for it.
Portable
A920 Pro
PAX’s flagship Android handheld — 5.5-inch screen, built-in printer and a barcode scanner on the top edge.

Portable
A910S
The A920 Pro’s smaller sibling — same handheld shape and printer, less processor, lower price point.

Countertop
A80
A countertop Android terminal with an optional battery, so it can leave the counter when it needs to.

Countertop
A8500
A compact Android countertop unit with a 5-inch screen and an optional printer — 251g, the lightest desktop terminal PAX lists.

Countertop
A8700
A dual-facing countertop terminal — a screen for staff and a second 4-inch screen facing the customer.

PIN pad
A35
A 4-inch Android PIN pad for multilane retail — it hangs off a point-of-sale system rather than replacing one.

PIN pad
A33
A compact Android PIN pad with a physical keypad, aimed at transport and unattended-adjacent use.

Handheld
A6650
A ruggedised Android PDA with payment built in — for logistics and warehousing rather than a shop counter.

Countertop
A3700
A 7-inch customer-facing tablet — the screen the customer looks at while someone else works the till.

Countertop
Aries 8
An 8-inch Android payment tablet with no printer, aimed at supermarkets and larger retail floors.

Transport and self-service
IM30
A ruggedised unattended terminal for vending, parking, fuel and self-service — built into a machine rather than handed to a customer.

EV charging, transport, self-service
IM28
A compact contactless-only unattended reader — PAX points it squarely at EV charging.

Countertop
Zolon M8
An all-in-one Android pay tablet from ZOLON, distributed by PAX in Australia — aluminium body, 4G and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Portable
Zolon M9200
A 5.5-inch Android handheld with a high-voltage printer, from ZOLON via PAX Australia.

Countertop
Zolon Station L1400
A 14-inch all-in-one Android point-of-sale station — the till and the terminal in one housing.

Countertop
Zolon Tower L1450
A 14-inch POS tower with a second customer-facing screen and a 220mm/s printer built in.

Countertop
Litchi L1600
A metal-bodied 15.6-inch Android POS with an optional second screen — the high end of the ZOLON range.

EV charging, transport, self-service
IM25
The small end of PAX’s unattended line — a contactless-only module for EV chargers, vending and transport, with SRED and an IP65 rating.

What these cost
PAX publishes no merchant pricing, and in Australia a merchant does not buy the hardware outright in most cases — it comes with a facility. What you pay depends on the rate you negotiate with the provider, not on the terminal.
