The IM30 is designed into a machine. PAX publishes the installation cutout rather than a device size, which tells you everything about how it is deployed: 82 x 107mm through a panel.

Unattended is a different engineering problem to a counter. The hardware has to survive weather, vibration and tampering, and it has to work with nobody standing beside it to re-seat a cable.

What it costs

The rate you pay is negotiated on your volume and card mix, not set by the terminal — two businesses on the same IM30 can be paying very different money. Find out what yours should be.
