Verifone payment terminals
9 models, and what each one is actually for. Verifone does not sell to merchants directly — which provider puts the terminal in front of you decides what you pay for it.
Portable
Victa Portable Plus
Verifone’s current flagship portable — a 6.7-inch screen, an octa-core processor, a 5000mAh battery and PCI PTS 7.x.

Portable
V660p
An Android 13 portable with a field-replaceable battery and a printer — PCI PTS 7.x, and the step below the Victa.

Handheld
Victa Reader
A 110g Bluetooth card reader that turns an iPhone or Android phone into a terminal — tap, chip and swipe, with Qi charging.

PIN pad
P630 Plus
An Android PIN pad for lanes and counters — a 3.5-inch screen, fifteen tactile keys and a barcode camera, wired into a POS.

Vending, public transport, parking kiosks
UX700
Verifone’s all-weather unattended terminal — Android 13, PCI PTS 7.x, IP65 and IK09, rated from -30C.

Portable
T650p
The portable of the T650 family — a 5.5-inch Android handheld with a printer, pairing to a feature base for grab-and-go.

Countertop
T650c
The countertop T650 — same 5.5-inch body, mains powered, with Ethernet, RS232 and a larger 50mm paper roll.

Handheld
T650m
The slim one — 16mm thick and 271g, a printerless Android mPOS with an IP53 rating and PCI PTS 6.x.

Handheld
Carbon Mobile 5
A 220g Android mPOS sold with or without a printer — and the two versions are different devices in the hand.

What these cost
Verifone publishes no merchant pricing, and in Australia a merchant does not buy the hardware outright in most cases — it comes with a facility. What you pay depends on the rate you negotiate with the provider, not on the terminal.
