The MAX is the S1F4 with the screen and the processor both stepped up: 6.745 inches at 1600 x 720, an octa-core A53 at 2.4GHz, 32GB of flash rising to 64GB and 2GB of RAM rising to 3GB. The battery goes to 3350mAh.
For a merchant running a full point-of-sale application on the terminal rather than a payment screen, that larger display is the point. A professional barcode scanner and cameras up to 5MP are options.
It is 192 x 81 x 54mm and 460g, PCI PTS 6.x, with a 90mm/sec printer on a 57mm roll.
